These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lytt website and waitlist. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The Lytt app is not yet available; when it launches, additional terms covering the app will apply.

1. Who we are

LYTT is a registered Sole Proprietorship in Ontario, Canada (BIN: 1001449484). Questions about these Terms can go to support@lytt.me.

2. Eligibility

To join the waitlist you must be at least 19 years old and provide accurate information. We may verify eligibility at any time.

3. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the site or its security.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Collect or harvest information about other people.

We may restrict or remove access if these Terms are broken.

4. Intellectual property

The Lytt name, logo, design, and content on this site are owned by Lytt and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the site without our written consent.

5. No warranties and availability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lytt is still in development. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the app will launch in any particular place or at any particular time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lytt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
